Plateau LG boss dies of Pneumonia

The Management Committee Chairman of Barkin-Ladi Local Government Council of Plateau, Barrister Ezekiel Mandyau is dead. 

reports reaching us that the sad incident occurred around 6.00pm of Thursday, July 2, 2020 has thrown the family and residents of the Area into a great shock and mourning.

A brother to the deceased, Mr Dan Mandyau, who confirmed his dead said that the chairman died of Pneumonia at the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH).

Dan, who spoke while in tears, said the 52 year chairman, was full of life until Monday, when he took ill and when to JUTH where his situation continued to deteriorate until he gave up the ghost.

He described the death of his brother as "tragic",  "devastating" and "unfortunate"

The corpse of the chairman has been deposited at the JUTH Mortuary .
