NNPP condoles  with Arotile’s Family, Calls for thorough Investigation

The New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP) has commiserated with the family of the deceased first female combat helicopter pilot in the country,Tolulope Arotile and the good people of Kogi state over the unfortunate death of the young combatant pilot.

In a statement signed by Hon. Rev. Emmanuel Olorunmagba Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the party and wase made available to news men. 

The party's Deputy National image maker reveals that they requested for the immediate investigation into the purported accident which eventually led to her death as a result of head injury sustained in the accident which according to the Nigerian Air Force, NAF, occurred at NAF Base, Kaduna on Tuesday.

The statement reads:
The New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP) commiserates with the good people of Kogi State and the family of Tolulope Arotile, the first female combat helicopter pilot, who was announced to have died as a result of the head injuries sustained in a road accident yesterday Tuesday July 14, 2020 at NAF Base, Kaduna.

“The party, however, calls for thorough investigations into the remote and direct causes of the death of the 24 years old Kogi State born pilot and make the finding public, as some Nigerians are already suspecting that there may be more to the information released to the public.”
The party urged the government to make the findings of the investigation public. “In the light of the above, proper clarification is needed after investigations and we hope that this government will value the citizens enough to clear air on the suspicion.”

According to the NAF authority, Arotile was hit by a former schoolmate who was reversing to greet the record breaker
