NNPP berates Nigeria Government over increase in fuel pump price
The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) has berated the recent increase in fuel pump price in Nigeria, discribing it as another display of high level of continuous insensitivity by the All Progressive Congress (APC) led federal government.

The Deputy National Publicity Secretary of NNPP, Rev. Emmanuel Olorunmagba, on behalf of the party lamented the ordeal of Nigerians subjected to avoidable hard life again due to the greed of the leaders. He notes “We are shock over the logic behind reducing fuel pump price during the lockdown of Covid-19, when there was restriction of movement only to now increase it when the lockdown is gradually relaxed.

“Instead of this government to show sensitivity to the plight of the people of Nigeria as they are trying to find their feet financially after the Covid-19 lockdown that the way the same government handled, has paralysed commercial activities in Nigeria. Sensitive leaders who understand governance should have stimulated the economy and create more enabling environment for businesses to be revived, as well as discourage anything that will impose financial burden on the citizens. But it’s so pathetic that the present leaders in Nigeria keep doing the exact opposite of what should have been done!

“Are the leaders due to their greed, playing some cards that will only keep favouring them and their families at the expense of the suffering masses or they truly don’t know what to do? Whichever is the case, by 2023 Nigerians should be ready to vote them out and stand to defend their votes. The NNPP assures Nigerians that a credible presidential candidate will emerge from our party and every vote given to our candidate will be jealousy guarded to ensure that your votes for NNPP will surely be counted and announced as casted. Hence, NNPP offers the opportunity for everyone who truly want to work together for the liberation of Nigerian.”
