Breaking: Court nullify Plateau PDP congresses ordered fresh Congress

The Plateau state high court Jos presided over by Justice Kunda has nullify the purpoted list brought from Abuja by the Chocho led caretaker committee.

The presiding judge said the evidence brought before him prove that there were No LGA Congresses in Jos North LGA.

Among the relief sort by the plantif,was to notify the court of the suspension of all party activities nationwide, which was directed by the National headquarters.

As such No LGA Congresses could have taking place in Jos North among several others.

The judge ordered fresh congresses to be conducted.
