On behalf of myself and my family,  I wish to celebrate the Leader of the Divine Mandate Team and Executive Chairman of Quaan-Pan LGA, Hon. Chief Isaac Kyale Kwallu FCIA, FCIPMA (Dan Masanin Pan) as he clocks 46 years on earth.

You've proven that capacity is neither by size nor age. You're the touch bearer of Youths.

I pray that God Almighty will keep, favor, bless and grant you the enablement to achieve His purpose for your life.
