The emergence of DVD Movement on the Plateau was tied to the _Emancipation_ _Program_ of our forefathers who in their wisdom, set out to liberate our people from the shackles of regional politics and underdevelopment.

The _Vision_ and _Mission_ statement of the DVD Movement was therefore influenced by the wishes and expectations of the people of Plateau State. And today, it has become a sing song that is copied by other aspiring political office seekers. 

No wonder, DVD has remained a pace setter whoile others follow.

The DVD Movement led by its leader and frontline governorship aspirant, Nde David Victor Dimka fsi, envisions a ' *Secured* , *Prosperous* *and* *United* *Plateau* *State* *that* *is* *Anchored* *on* *tne* *Fear* *of* *God* '.

A legacy he intends to bequeath to the good people of Plateau State if given the mandate to govern come 2023.

As a detribalised Nigerian with a vast wealth of experience in leadership management, DVD will ensure the restoration of the past glory of the State which was once envied by all across the country.

He is well equipped and ready to deploy his national experiences, leadership and managerial skills to transform Plateau State to an enviable height.

Your mandate is therefore, the only weapon he desires to secure the State and propels it into the national map of developed States in Nigeria.
