The Court of Appeal Jos Division has today 6th May, 2022 sack Chris Hassan State executive led committee.

The court in her Judgement upheld judgement delivered by Justice Ishaku Kunda nulifying the Sen Tunde Ogbeha led caretaker Commitee in a case between PDP vs Plasiec.
