With heart full of joy, I, Hon. Ernest Abner Da’a, Executive Chairman Qua’an-Pan LGC, on behalf of the Council and the entire people of the area, heartily join the First Family on the Plateau and other people of goodwill in celebrating His Excellency the Governor of Plateau State and Chairman Northern Governors Forum, Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Simon Bako Lalong, Esq, KSGG, as he marks his 59th birthday Anniversary on May 5, 2022.

Your Excellency sir, as you mark this special day,  we celebrate you as a Man of honour, a peacemaker, a Bridge Builder and a leader per excellence, and I want to reassure  you of the unflinching support of the Executive, Legislature, Traditional Council and the peace loving people of Quaan Pan LGA to you and your Administration.

Your Excellency Sir, we, the people of Quaan-Pan LGA believe that your love and humility towards humanity, irrespective of political, ethnic, religious, economic and social divides has brought the relative peace being witnessed on the Plateau today.

Quaan-Pan people also pray for God's wisdom for you to overcome the myriad of challenges that comes with governance in a heterogeneous state like Plateau and may He lead you to conquer like King David, be filled with wisdom like King Solomon and live long like Methuselah.
