As the countdown to the D-day for  our long awaited primary elections under the platform of APC draws nearer, we wish to underscore your role as facilitators of our collective aspirations toward engendering a purposeful and good leadership in Plateau State.

It is important to note that you represent the interest of our constituencies and the entire people of Platea State.

In addition, your selection as delegates bestows on you three inescapable core elements of delegation that should define your role, which include; *Authority* , *Responsibility* and *Accountability* .

It is on this note that we want to present to you a dependable CHOICE that Plateau State needs at this critical moment in the history of our State. 

As a political scientist, *Nde* *David* *Victor* *Dimka* *fsi* understands the importance of party delegates in any political transition process, especially with the current move by the leadership of our ruling party (APC) towards the 2023 general elections.

We also want to remind you that his mission to lead Plateau State is anchored on the following key objectives;

 1. To transform the Security architecture of Plateau State from urban and elite based to community and people's security.

2. To unlock the constraints and bottlenecks by unleashing programmes that will lead to rapid economic growth that is inclusive and sustainable to generate employment and reduce poverty in the State 

3. To provide enabling environment for Entrepreneurship (private sector engagement) as the main engine of economic growth in the State.

4. To ensure open, inclusive and participatory governance working with all stakeholders in the Plateau Project irrespective of creed, ethnic identity or colour.

5. To ensure continous improvement in the welfare and standard of living of all people who live in Plateau State and lift one million people out of poverty.
