Plateau APC Chairman distant self from purported interview, say's  Nentawe a bonafide APC  member 

The Plateau State Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress Chairman, (APC), Hon. Rufus Bature, has distant himself from a purported interview credited to him that Dr. Nentawe Yilwada, is not an APC member saying that the governorship aspirant is  a bonafide and card carrying member of the he party he said.

Hon. Bature made the clarification while addressing media men in his Jos residence today Sunday 22, May, 2022,  stated that he never granted any interview saying that Nentawe is not a member of the party  .

"Nentawe is a full registered member of the party ."

Furthermore, Bature stated that the party has not endorsed any Governorship aspirant ,stressing that the APC in the state  would provide  a level playing field for all aspirants.

His words, “My Governor Simon Lalong has not endorsed any aspirant, 

"So far nine aspirants bought the expression of interest / Nomination forms to contest in our great party and they would all  be contesting the primaries ."

 Bature said, “ there has been no such instruction of endorsing any Aspirant  from Mr. Governor and the Party ; we are creating a level playing ground for all aspirants. 

Our party is prepared to continue to provide dividends of democracy to the people of Plateau ,he added
