APC CARETAKER CHAIRMAN, BUNI LAUDS GOVERNOR LALONG-LED VENUE COMMITTEE ON PREPARATIONS FOR CONVENTION 

Chairman APC Caretaker/Convention Extraordinary Committee Governor Mai Mala Buni has praised Governor Simon Bako Lalong and members of the Venue/Site Servicing Committee for the level of preparations at the Eagle Square ahead of the Saturday National Convention of the Party. 

Statement made available to News Parrot and signed by Dr. Makut Simon Macham Director of Press & Public Affairs to the Governor stated that Governor Maimala who visited the Eagle Square in company of Governor Simon Lalong, Niger State Governor Abubakar Sani Bello and other members, said he was impressed with the level of readiness of the venue where things have been put in place. 

He said the commitment of Governor Lalong and members of his committee shows the unity and zeal among members of the APC to hold a very successful Convention that will give the party a solid future. 

Maimala also said he was impressed with the activities of other Committees which have been up and doing since their inauguration, making sure that the upcoming convention goes smoothly. 

In his remarks, Governor Simon Lalong said members of the Committee have continued to put in their best to ensure that the venue is fully ready for the big event. 

Lalong also assured that all the facilities needed to ensure that the APC members have a smooth Convention have  been put in place with more synergy being encouraged between the venue committee and others. 

He admonished delegates to observe all the guidelines and arrangements that have been put in place at the venue to ensure that the plans so far go without any hitch. 

He also expressed hope that all the funding needed will be provided to the Committee to complete its assignment.
