Breaking: Court reinstates Hon Kwallu as Quaan Pan LG Chairman

The Plateau State High Court under the Lordship of Justice N. L. Musa has today reinstate  the suspended Chairman of Quaan Pan Local Government  Council of Plateau State,  Hon Isaac Kyale Kwallu.

The Court in suit no: PLD/J328/2020 between Hon. Isaac Kyale Kwallu Plaintiff/Applicant and the Hon. Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly and 29 others, has granted the prayers of the plaintiff. 

The Court upon the consideration of the motion exparte dated 1/8/2020 but filed on 3/8/2020 the motion supported by a 61 paragraphs affidavit suly deposed to by the plaintiff/applicant himself. Also attached is written address which counsel adopt as his oral argument in this case. 

The Court after hearing Yetunde Nze Esq with N. M. Nyelong Esq for the plaintiff/applicant praying for the following reliefs as follows:
