NENTAWE STILL IN THE GOVERNORSHIP RACE.

NENTAWE STILL IN THE GOVERNORSHIP RACE.

The Generation Next Campaign Council has described as absolute rubbish and fake, the report trending on the social media that the leading governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress Dr Nentawe Yilwatda has been disqualified from contesting march 11th election.

Spokesman for Generation Next Campaign Council Shittu Bamaiyi in a statement described the rumour as not only false, mischievous but shere desperation on the part of the author and sponsors of the fake report.

Shittu pointed out that it is funny and ridiculous for the author of the fake report to be quoting both the supreme court and the court of Appeal  as having delivered the  judgement concurrently this evening.

He pointed out that the teeming APC supporters and also the people of Plateau state are not as naive as the authors, having known that the same case was resoundingly dismissed by the Court of Appeal sitting in Jos a forthnight ago.

According to him the fake report shows the extend to which the opposition parties can go in dragging the name of the judiciary in the mud and  causing crisis in the state just because they believe that Nentawe is their political albatross in winning the governorship contest.

Shittu stated that though the fake report is unsigned, to most discerning minds the opposition parties particularly the PDP and the Labour are the brains behind this cowardice and political infantilism since  such behaviour is their stock in trade

The council spokesman enjoined the teeming APC supporters to disregard the fake report and continue with their match to victory starting from Saturday the 25th of February.
