APC campaign flag-off is the best in recent time on the Plateau-Council

The Generation Next Campaign Council has described the flag-off of the Governorship campaign rally in Wase as the best and well attended political rally ever held in the state in recent times.

In a statement made available to this medium and was signed by the Spokesman of the campaign council, Shittu Bamaiyi said that though the turn -out was overwhelming it was not surprising to many political pundits and analysts.

He remarked that the rally was a show of political force, strength and popularity of the APC on the plateau hence the favourable commentaries by a cross section of the public.

Shittu stated that the rally apart from sending shivers in the spines of the opposition parties, it has justified the fact that Plateau state is the home of APC.

Shittu noted the coming on board of the former governorship Candidate of the Young People's Party Manji Gontori is just one out of many big wigs of the opposition that are expected to join the APC very soon.

He assured that based on the strategic and all encompassing mobilisation efforts of the party's campaign machinery there is no doubt that the Wase rally will be replicated in the central and northern zones coming up next week.

The council's spokesman further noted that what is more heartwarming is the fact that the rally was hitch -free devoid of any accident and therefore gave God the glory for his mercies and blessings.

Shittu expressed the appreciation of the governorship candidate Dr Nentawe to the organisers of the rally ,state executive council members of the party and the teeming supporters who attended the event and hoped that they will continue to show unwavering commitment to the cause of the APC
