Jos South LG Boss embarked on condolence visit within locality


The first point of visit by the Executive Chairman and his entourage was the Loh-Kadang family of Turu, Vwang District who lost one of their son, Jonathan Danjuma Gyang to the cold hands of death.

The Executive Chairman stated that consoling the family, Dandereng said the Deceased, Late Jonathan Danjuma was among his campaign team under the auspices of the youth group organizers in the last chairmanship race in two thousand and twenty one.
The chairman was quick to add that the deceased played a key role in mobilizing the youth which saw him pulling weight in Vwang and environs.

He told the family that the death of Jonathan is not only a loss to the family but the whole local government and encourage the wife and the parents to always knock on his door in terms of any assistance.

Responding, father of the deceased, Timothy Danjuma said the demised of his son was the greatest shock of his life, especially now that his son has begun to make exploits in his future dreams of politics, while appreciating the chairman for sharing in their pains.

The Executive Chairman, Ambassador Gideon Dandereng also paid separate condolence visits to the families of the two youth from Turu, Vwang who felt victims to the unfortunate incident in Rantis Internally Displaced Person’s resettlement site in Gashish of Barkin Ladi Local Government Area.

Dadereng frowned at the rate at which innocent citizens are killed and sacked from their ancestral place of abode, saying Government will continue to make frantic efforts towards addressing the menace.

He advised citizens to take advantage of the anti-land grabbing law initiated by Governor Simon Lalong which according to the Chairman is the sure way of protecting the ancestral heritage of the common man.

The Chairman’s visits climaxed with a stop at the resident of late Gwom Hwolshe of Za’ang, Da Raphael Badung who died on the first of this month.

Ambassador Gideon Dandereng described the late monarch as a peace maker and a detribalized ruler of his people.
He prayed God to grand solace to the immediate family, people of Hwolshe, Za’ang and the entire state.

Responding on behalf of the family, Da fidelis Dadieng thanked the Chairman for the visit.

In all the places visited the chairman presented an undisclosed sum of amount.
