Breaking news: fresh crisis brews in Plateau PDP as Chairman threatened to expell Sen. Useine, others.

The embattled and court nullified Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Plateau State Mr Chris Hassan has threatened to Expelled Sen Jeremiah Useini from PDP.

A source who ask to be anonymous from the State PDP secretariat in Jos said,Mr Hassan conveyed the message of expulsion through a meeting he organized with the two agrieve groups of the party from Kanam and Kanke LGC on Friday and Thursday respectively and declared his intention to send the members of the group loyal to Sen Jeremiah Useini out of the party if they fail to withdraw all court cases from various courts in Plateau State.

The statement generated heated argument and the admosphere was charged as several members in the meeting including former State Deputy Chairman of the party,former Commisioners who accused Mr Hassan and his group of sabotaging the party ahead of 2023 general elections by refusing to make sacrifice that will help the party get back stronger.

One of the elders in the meeting drew the attention of the party to a very crucial Judgements delivered against the party and now in appeal court and wondered if Chris Hassan and his group realized the danger of continuesly holding onto the party leadership despite the Judgement against them and knew exactly the consequences of their refusal to relinquish power and even in interfering with the electoral processes leading to producing party candidates?.
