PLASCHEMA organizes retreat to staff and stakeholders

The Plateau State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency organized a retreat for the Staff and Management of the Agency, with other stakeholders.

After two (2) years of operationalizing the State Social Health Insurance Scheme, the Agency created a forum for stocktaking and review of its activities. The retreat was also to facilitate bonding and corporate planning in a relaxed environment.

The retreat paved a chance for employers to affirm the Agency's values and speak more candidly about long-term goals. Participants at the retreat were in a relaxed but stimulating environment, which encouraged creative thinking, resulring in valuable inputs.

We also took time to create a work-plan for the year 2022 going forward.
