Nde Gotring pays glowing tributes to Gen. Bali as he's committed to mother earth

Nde Dauda Gotring has paid glowing tributes to an elder statesman who is adjudged "loyal" in the military circles, General Domkat Bali as he is laid to mother earth.

Gotring in his tributes acknowledged the critical roles played by this four state general in his military career and even in retirement.

Nde Gotring said General Bali will continue to be a reference point for so many years to come and prays that the octogenarian's family, the Taroh nation, Plateau state and the entire nation will find solace in the fact that he served this country faithfully and loyally.
