Reliable sources from the State PDP Secretariat Jos has alledge that the party has been hit hard by numerous court cases, which are a thread to it's existence.

The cases arising from ward Congresses has landed LGAs such as Wase, Kanam, Jos south, Jos East, Jos North, Bokkos among others.

The sources who confided in our medium alledge that the state chapter is heading for the rocks if this cases continue in court.

The case involving Wase LGA is at the Federal high court Jos, handle by Justice Agishi which has commence hearing earlier may, Kanam LGA is at the State high court Panshin division, the Jos East, Jos south, Bokkos, is at the state high court in Jos.

Jos North as well as others is also at the State high court.
