Jos East LG set to get first MTN mast install
The Executive Chairman of Jos East Local Government Area of Plateau State, Hon Ibrahim Agwom in his efforts to connect his council with telecommunication network, has on Monday 4th, May 2020, received the installation team in his office at the local Government secretariat Angware and expresse his worriness over the delay on the installation as was agreed by both parties.
Hon. Agwom who's effort to connect the Council with telecommunication network since last year, lobbed for the installation of the booster panel due to lack of network across the local government, and followed all the necessary steps to see to the actualization of this dream coming to reality.
The Council Boss, in collaboration with the giant network provider in Africa MTN, succeeded in installing a three kilometers boosters panel mast at Gora and Tere of fursum district of Jos East.
It was a dream come true, to the people of the council as some officials from the network provider storms the LG sent by the head office from Lagos to supervised the installation of the equipment within the locality.
The main mtn mast will be installed in maijuju and federe while the three kilometers boosters also to be installed in some key places across the local government.
In his response, the team leader who apologize on behalf of the team and also said the delay occurre due to the outbreak of the present pandemic and further expressed their readiness to carry out the installation in no distance
