Breaking: Lalong to swear in newly elected Chairmen tomorrow

Governor Simon Bako Lalong of Plateau State has set aside tomorrow Monday 11th October 2021 to swear in the newly elected 17 Local Government Council Chairmen after the successful Local Government elections held throughout the 17 Local Government Areas of Plateau State on Saturday, 9th October 2021 and the subsequent presentation of certificates of return to the winners by the Plateau State Independent Electoral Commission (PLASIEC), his Excellency, Governor Simon Bako Lalong will perform the swearing-in ceremony of the new Chairmen tomorrow, Monday 11th October 2021.

Statement made available to News Parrot and signed by Dr. Makut Simon Macham, Director of Press & Public Affairs to the Governor stated that the event is to hold by 11am at the Victoria Gowon Hall of the New Government House, Little Rayfield Jos.
