PFN condemn incessant and unprovoked killings in Plateau


The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (P.F.N) Plateau State Chapter, has condemned in totality the incessant and unprovoked killings and destruction of property in Bassa, Riyom, and Jos North LGA,s leading to the loss of lives of innocent citizens.

The PFN in a press released signed by Rev. Dr. Steven Dangana, Chairman, 
Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria  Plateau State, Chapter and was made available to this medium said, P.F.N condemns in its totality all forms of killings and destruction of properties irrespective of ethnicity and religious affiliations. We also condemns the recent unfortunate killing of commuters along Rukuba Road in Jos North Local Government Area which is sad, unfortunate and regrettable. 
The Fellowship sympathizes with all families of those who lost their loved ones as a result of these attacks and pray God to comfort and grant them fortitude to bear the loss and its reads as follows:

With sadness, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (P.F.N) has noticed the incessant and unprovoked killings and destruction of properties in Bassa, Riyom and Jos North L.G.As Leading to the Loss lives of innocent citizens. 
P.F.N condemns in its totality all forms of killings and destruction of properties irrespective of ethnicity and religious affiliations. We also condemns the recent unfortunate killing of commuters along Rukuba Road in Jos North Local Government Area which is sad, unfortunate and regrettable. 
The Fellowship sympathizes with all families of those who lost their loved ones as a result of these attacks and pray God to comfort and grant them fortitude to bear the loss.
We calls for calm and restraint by all in order for Government and security Agencies to restore peace and order within all the affected areas.
P.F.N urges Law enforcement Agencies to double their efforts in fishing out all perpetrators of this heinous, dastard and unprovoked attacks without any form of bias or sentiments as nobody is above the Law.
We believes in the sanctity of lives and the right of everyone to live, travel and transact there business in peace. We are committed to working with government and security Agencies for the sustainance of peace and peaceful Co-existence of all. 
The fellowship also pledges to work with other Religious bodies to ensure that the message of peace, tolerance and forbearance with one another is demonstrated among our adherence.
We will continue to seek the face of God through continuous prayers for peace and unity in Plateau Sate and Nigeria as a whole.
