Three thousand household to benefit from covid-19 palliative distribution in Jos South LGC-Hon. Dachung 


The Management Committee Chairman of Jos South Local Government Council, Hon. Dachung Choji Yohana, has disclosed that about three thousands household to benefit from the covid-19 palliative distribution in Jos south local government council of Plateau State. 


Hon. Dachung made the disclosure while flagging off covid-19 palliative distribution to the people of the locality to cushion the negative effect of the pandemic.

The Council boss stated this while flagging off the distribution of the palliative today 14, October, 2020, which held at the council secretariat.


He called on the people of Jos South to calm down, as he assured them of his efforts to make sure the palliative go round the entire local government. 

Also speaking over the process of the distribution, the Council boss reveals that in Jos South there are five districts and list of the beneficiaries was compiled right from units, wards, down to all the five districts that made up the council. 


He also disclosed that Jos South Local Government under his watch took it's time to come out with best modalities on how to go about distributing the palliative that will go round the entire local government area and it will be done district by district. 

Hon. Dachung also stated that the distribution will be carried out from unit, then ward until the whole district is covered before those in charge of the distribution will proceed to another district and is going to be under strict supervision. 


Furthermore, the Chairman called on all well meaningful citizens of the council to come and join hand with him for the unity of the entire people Jos South and more effective delivering of dividend of democracy.  


Hon Dachung also used the opportunity to call on all the aggrieved persons to come together and put their heads together for the development of Jos South Local Government.
