Crime: Jos South LG boss constitutes a high power security Committee to uncover perpetrators

Following the recent ugly attacks launched on innocent citizens of Jos South Local Government Area which claimed the lives of five (5) persons at Kaduna Vom, Vwang District and some other persons with the Local Government Area, the Management Committee Chairman has a set up a high power security Committee to uncover the issues at stake.

The chairman said the perpetrators of the security challenges in the  LGA will not escape the long arm of Justice.

Hon. Dachung Choji stated this while ingurating the high-power security committee under the leadership of the Management Committee Secretary Hon.Tok.

The Chairman said, the incident was a disappointment, noting that the Council has reset the security apparatus to ensure such doesn’t repeat itself again.

The High power security committee earlier today, as part of it’s first assignment visited affected community to condole with the people and families of the victims of the attack. The Chairman of the Committee, Hon. Tok   in his address said they are here representing the Management Committee Chairman, Hon. Dachung Yohanna Choji to commiserate with the people over last week incident which is unfortunate. He said, the committee under his leadership will live no stone unturned, until the perpetrators of the dastard act are unravel.

The District head of Vwang, HRH Da Gyang Balak on behalf of the people of Vom appreciated the chairman for his thoughtfulness and love for the people of the district. 

He commended the quick and positive response of the Chairman for setting up the committee, assuring the team that the are proud of him of the Chairman.

“The chairman’s action is a clear indication that he has prioritized security which is a catalyst for development”.

He therefore prayed for the chairman and the committee to succeed in bringing the perpetrators to book.
