THE DEATH OF CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF LT-GEN. ATTAHIRU A DESTINY AFFIRMED BY ALLAH SUBAHANA WATA'ALA*

This death can best be describe by Islamic beliefs and practice as Allah's destiny which cannot be change by any human.

From the day Allah subahana wata'ala created Attahiru Ibrahim, He ( Allah ) has designed his life in such a way that no human can question.

Just as every human has flaws in life it is possible to find such imperfections in Ibrahim Attahiru, which Allah is aware as all knowing and unpredictable.

We must understand that politics has no place in human death no matter our justification. His death may be a predictable one by whoever but we should remember that even those who predict people's death will not leave forever.

As a Nation it is indeed a great loss to us and a tragedy which cannot be averted.

He died along side other officers, whatever may be the reason related to the cause which us a "Sanadiy" we should first understand that God does his things when he want and how he wish without seeking anyone consent.

We must therefore see this death as what God choose and how it should happen than busy relating some political and unguided utterances to this great loss.

As an individual I am pained by this death which has touches the Nation security. The death occurred at a time the war front against bandits, terrorism is witnessing great success. As a Nation this is a national mourning. Lets pray for the people in the Battle lines never to get deterred by the fall of this great Hero who want to ensure he is everywhere to ensure our security challenge ends.

May Allah forgive him, may Jannatu fildausi be his final destination.

Oh! Ya Allah forgive pur COAS Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru.

Oh! Ya Allah may your rahama favour him in the grave and life beyond.

Oh! Ya Allah make him among those who will be favoured before you at Jannatu.

Oh! Ya Allah our COAS Attahiru gave his life for others to survived, may you also place him among the luckiest of Jannah.

Insha'allahu taala you are resting in Jannah
