Lalong promised to complete the ongoing Lalong  legacy projects in the state before 2023.

Plateau State Governor, Simon Bako Lalong, has promised  to  complete and  Commission  the  ongoing  projects in the state before 2023.

 

Lalong who made this known to journalists while inspecting  the ongoing legacy protects in the  Northern senatotrial zone through his  representative  the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Hon Dan Manjang, said the 22  legacy protects acrose the 16 LGA in the state would soon be complete and Commission.

He  expressed his determination towards completing the ongoing legacy projects and that  there are  funds  on ground for the completion of the projects adding that if not for COVID 19  must of the project s would have been completed by now.

  

" We  want to expressed our determination towards   completing all projects especially the 22   ongoing Lalong Legacy , we are assuring you that  there is funds  available  for the completions of the projects  and within the shortest  time  the hospital and school  would be put to use.

"We will soon put into use the 

3 general hospital in the 3  senetoria zone in the State , Riyom, kanke and Langtang South. The are at 95% completions  and it will  soon be  complete and Commission for use". He said.

He  disclosed that the purpose of The media Tour was to give journalists the oportunity to see for themselve and report adequetely,   addiing that "seeing is believing",and that the tour will be a continuous process till the completion of the ongoing projects.

Manjang who is the leader of the top Government delegation  said among delegations for  the Tour are Commissioner for Health, Hon Dr Nimkon Lar,CommissionerHousing , Hon Bar be Bitrus Zulfa Rimven and Detector of Research and documentation, Pro  John Wade.

Projects inspected in the Northern zone are  pateau publishing printing press PPP newly installed matching , Plateau publishing Company PPC, High court complex , Plateau State NUJ Secretariat, Bauchi park to Angela Rogo,   Angwa Rimi  Rroad,   model general hospital Natng,, Model Secondary School Gingir, Riyom  among other.
