NULGE PRESIDENT LEADS EXCO TO COMMISERATE WITH THE DAMANS OVER DEMISE OF MATRIARCH. 

Comrade Yohanna A. Makwin,the President of the Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) Plateau State Chapter on Tuesday 13th December, 2022 led the delegation of the Executive Council to commiserate with the family of Andrew Daman  over the demise of their Matriarch, Mama Rhoda Yildak Andrew Daman, who passed on on Monday 12th December, 2022.

In his condolence message, Comrade Makwin said that NULGE is directly affected by the lost of mama because Comrade Christiana Andrew is the Women Leader of NULGE as well as Chief Amb Nanyah Daman, the Group Managing Editor of the NewsGate Magazine, whom is a friend of the union.

The astute NULGE President said that mama lived a worthy life where she inculcated the core values of tolerance and healthy coexistence. 

Makwin prayed for the repose of the soul of mama and the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. 

In his remarks, the eldest son of the bereaved, Chief Amb Nanyah Daman who is also the Group Managing Editor of the NewsGate Magazine thanked the leadership of NULGE for commiserating with the Damans. 

Speaking further on behalf of the family, Daman described NULGE under Comrade Makwin to be very compassionate and people centred. He appreciated the union for coming and said they are encouraged by the visit.
